Pronto Corporation, which operates restaurant chains such as "PRONTO" and "Di PUNTO Wine Bar," will fully renovate its first store, "PRONTO Ginza Namiki Dori Store," which opened in 1988, and reopen it as a new store, "PRONTO THE FIRST," on December 2, 2025.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

"PRONTO THE FIRST" is a new flagship store that further perfects the duality of day and night, a defining feature of PRONTO, in order to create the very best PRONTO in the location of the brand's first store, the origin of the brand.
Based on the concept of "PRONTO Ultimate Duality," each floor has a different concept and offers high-quality food and drinks.
The first floor will be open as a cafe serving carefully selected coffee all day long. A bit different from the regular PRONTO, it will offer a full-service menu centered around drip coffee. The second floor will be a cafe during the day, but after 5pm it will transform into an exciting bar space where coffee and Western liquor come together. Different materials will be used for the interior on each floor, allowing you to visually experience a new duality.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

CRAFTED COFFEE<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u25a0 The first floor interior is based on the concept of "craftsmanship and sparkle"<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Using wood grain as the base, we pursued the warmth of natural materials and the taste that develops over time. This texture brings a sense of transparency and calmness to the entire space, as well as an essential tranquility.
Natural light is effectively let in, and combined with the wood grain, it creates soft shadows in the space, giving you a sense of comfortable silence and peace.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Hot coffee is brewed drip-style and served freshly ground for each cup, with a lineup of five unique varieties, including the aromatic "Guatemala Geisha" and a blend made with sustainable hydrogen roasting.
The iced coffee is brewed in the visually striking Dutch style. By brewing slowly at low temperature, it has a smooth, mild taste with a deep, rich flavor and a clear taste without any impurities.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

This original dessert is characterized by its handmade tuile, which is inspired by the trees lining Ginza.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

By incorporating elements and cultures from around the world and giving them a twist, we hope to share the Japanese hospitality experience with the world.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
