Born in Adachi Ward, Tokyo in 1973. An ice cream critic who eats over 1,000 different kinds of ice cream every year. He began his career as a "convenience store ice cream critic" in 2011 and runs the information website "Convenience Store Ice Cream Mania," which boasts 1 million monthly page views.
As an ice cream expert, he has made numerous appearances on variety and news programs. He is also involved in a wide range of activities centered around "ice cream," including writing for industry trade publications, product development, and conducting "ice cream lessons" at elementary schools. In 2014, he established the "Japan Ice Cream Mania Association" and became its representative director. He is widely recognized as "the man who has spent the most time with ice cream in Japan."
