The brand of rice used at the fair is "Aizu Koshihikari", which has won the highest rank "Special A" in the taste ranking for the past 24 times for 7 consecutive years. Aizu Koshihikari is one of the best varieties of rice in Fukushima prefecture, with its tenacity and the original sweetness of rice.
