①New! It's Not That! Exhibition – The most unsettling exhibition in Japan?
"New! It's Not That Way" is an exhibition that brings together situations that will make you say out loud, "It's Not That Way." The navigators are entaku's official characters, "Hahaha" and "Eee." All of the content on display at this exhibition will be new, and there will also be interactive content that can only be experienced at the venue, such as "It's Not That Way Theater" and "It's Not That Way Fortune Telling." It will leave visitors with a feeling of uneasiness.
②Thankfulness Exhibition – A special exhibition that will make you want to look at it with your hands together –
"Thankful Things" is a new exhibition that focuses on moments in everyday life that make us feel "helped" or "grateful." For example, it introduces many "thankful" situations, such as "a red light while running," "a power outlet next to your hotel bed," and "a hairdresser who doesn't talk to you while you're drying your hair." There will also be thankful spots exclusive to the venue.

Mitsui Fudosan Group Sustainability
Based on the philosophy of the "& Mark," which states, "We will create new value through coexistence, co-existence, and co-creation, and will continue to take on the challenge of achieving this," the Mitsui Fudosan Group regards "creating social value" and "creating economic value" as two wheels of a cart. Creating social value leads to creating economic value, and we hope to realize the creation of even greater social value through that economic value.
When formulating the new Group Management Philosophy in April 2024, the following was set as "GROUP MATERIALITY (issues to be addressed with priority)":
We have identified six material issues: 1. Contributing to industrial competitiveness, 2. Coexistence with the environment, 3. Health and vitality, 4. Safety and security, 5. Diversity and inclusion, and 6. Compliance and governance. We will address these material issues through our core business and contribute to sustainability.
