Kato Pleasure Group will provide new information about the facilities and cuisine at FUFU Tokyo Ginza, which is scheduled to open on Sunday, November 16, 2025, to help guests enjoy their stay even more.

Located in Ginza 1-Chome, FUFU Tokyo Ginza offers a space where you can feel nature and the four seasons. All 34 guest rooms are equipped with natural hot springs where you can feel the fresh air and balconies decorated with flowers and trees, allowing you to escape from everyday life and relax while being in the heart of the city overlooking Chuo Dori. The hotel offers spaces to further enrich your stay and Japanese cuisine that makes use of the bounty of the season. The rooftop lounge "Yusora" on the top floor is a special space set in a rooftop garden, featuring a foot bath with natural hot spring water brought in from Atami. Private foot baths are provided on private daybeds surrounded by trees, allowing you to relax with soothing music and the air and sky of Ginza. From one corner with an open view, you can see the glittering Ginza cityscape and night view. Enjoy an extraordinary space where the hot water and sky blend together.

We source carefully selected seasonal ingredients from all over the country and offer dishes that make full use of the bounty of nature. By combining traditional Japanese cooking techniques with the sensibility of "FUFU," we create an experience that can be enjoyed with all five senses, served on delicate and beautiful tableware.

All seating at the restaurant on the 12th floor is in private rooms. Guests can relax in different spaces, such as those with night views or those with sunken kotatsu tables.
