In a special space overlooking the iconic intersection of Ginza 4-chome, enjoy an elegant tea time during the day and a sophisticated grilled cuisine experience in the evening.
Unico Japan International Co., Ltd. will reopen 'tcc GINZA', a prime location overlooking the Ginza 4-chome intersection, on March 18, 2026.
More than 10 years after opening in 2015, our store is moving on to the next stage.
We are consolidating our operations from two floors to a single floor on the fourth floor, transforming into a restaurant that offers a more intimate and refined service. The newly renovated interior will be a chic and sophisticated space befitting the Ginza streetscape. We have also added private rooms to create the perfect setting for special occasions such as anniversaries and business entertaining.
LUNCH: An elegant afternoon in a prime location: "A colorful afternoon tea that reflects the four seasons."
During the day, we offer a lavish afternoon tea, featuring beautifully crafted, delicate sweets made by our pastry chefs and carefully selected teas to enhance your tranquil afternoon. Enjoy a refined moment away from the everyday while taking in the views of Ginza.
Enjoy seasonal sweets crafted with the delicate sensibilities of our pastry chefs, along with savory dishes unique to our restaurant. For beverages, we offer "THE 1872 CLIPPER TEA," a luxury tea from Singapore.
We offer a relaxed plan that allows you to stay for up to 4.5 hours on weekdays, providing a fulfilling afternoon as a sanctuary for luxurious afternoon tea activities that will make you forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
The theme for this momentous first phase of the renewal is "strawberries," which herald the arrival of spring, and "gourmet food in vibrant colors," which is a feast for the eyes.
The stand is adorned with "Fraisier," a rich combination of pistachio and strawberry, and "Setouchi Lemon Meringue Tart," which offers a refreshing tartness. Adorable "Sakura Lollipops" add a touch of springtime vibrancy to the table.
What's even more noteworthy is the restaurant's carefully curated selection of savory dishes.
We offer authentic flavors that blend spices and exotic tastes, such as "Spring rolls fragrant with five-spice powder," "Cuban pulled pork sandwiches," and "Bonito carpaccio" served with herb-infused chimichurri sauce.
TCC's signature "old-fashioned custard pudding" is still available. The exquisite interplay of sweet treats and savory dishes promises a blissful experience that will keep you captivated until the very last bite.
"The 1872 Clipper Tea Co." was founded in Singapore in 1872.
"THE 1872 CLIPPER TEA," which uses a clipper ship as its symbol, is Singapore's oldest and most authentic tea brand. Its high quality is guaranteed by the fact that it is a staple tea in the afternoon tea of the Raffles Hotel, and that they also sell it as a souvenir under their own label.
A long-established, authentic tea brand in Singapore, lauded by true tea lovers, including those at the Raffles Hotel.
DINNER: Grill x Steak x Singaporean Essence
In the evenings, we carefully grill premium Japanese Black Wagyu beef "Tamura Beef," along with other meats, seafood, and seasonal vegetables on a lava stone grill, using far-infrared heat to bring out the maximum flavor of the ingredients. We also offer a vegetarian course to cater to diverse tastes, providing a pleasant dining experience for all our customers.
Tamura beef and a commitment to carefully selected ingredients
The main ingredient is "Tamura Beef," a brand of Japanese Black Wagyu beef made exclusively from heifers that have never given birth. It is characterized by its high-quality, light fat and deep umami flavor. In addition, we carefully select ingredients that are perfect for grilling, such as swordfish, spiny lobster, abalone, and seasonal vegetables. We finish these seasonal ingredients with simple yet meticulous cooking techniques, elevating them into memorable dishes.
Lava Stone Grill – A rich culinary experience woven from fire and stone.
At the heart of tcc's evening cuisine is the lava stone grill, which boasts excellent far-infrared effects. By slowly cooking ingredients while enveloping them in heat, it locks in flavor and achieves a fragrant, crispy finish. Furthermore, by combining multiple heat sources such as convection and salamander ovens, they pursue the optimal finish for each type of meat, seafood, and vegetable. This is tcc's unique cooking philosophy of bringing out the inherent charm of the ingredients.
We offer a unique culinary experience, from spicy variations of chili crab to fragrant grilled vegetables infused with pandan leaf oil for an oriental aroma. The meal concludes with a rich, homemade laksa, providing a continuous stream of delightful surprises that will stimulate all your senses.
A selection of fine wines and a variety of colorful drinks
Our wine selection, carefully curated by our sommelier from around the world, perfectly complements our cuisine. We also offer vegan wines for those who prefer vegan options. In addition, our bartenders create a variety of colorful cocktails and mocktails, along with Japanese whiskies, making your special time with loved ones, against the backdrop of Ginza's night view, even more memorable. We aim to create a memorable experience, not just in terms of taste.
An extraordinary location overlooking the Ginza 4-chome intersection.
Our window seats, overlooking the iconic 4-chome intersection in Ginza, are limited in number and considered special. During the day, they are bathed in soft natural light, and at night, they transform into a special view woven by the city lights. In addition to our spacious table seating, we also offer a private room that can accommodate up to eight people. Make your extraordinary time even more luxurious. For birthdays and other anniversaries, we also prepare a special whole cake made by our pastry chef. This is the location our restaurant is proud of, situated in the heart of Ginza.
A prime seat overlooking the streets of Ginza will make your time with your loved one even more special.
