Salad specialty shop “Umi ‘Yama Kitchen” opens its first pop-up store at GINZA SIX, offering five salad bowls and three pocket bread salads, including a GINZA SIX exclusive menu.

Umi, a project by Rock Field Co., Ltd. & Yama Kitchen will be opening its first-ever pop-up store at GINZA SIX <THE POP UP B2F> starting Wednesday, July 29, 2026.

Umi & Yama Kitchen is a brand that delivers the rich food produced by Japan's seas, mountains, climate, and customs, through salads, based on the concept of "traveling through Japan through food." Utilizing the techniques and knowledge cultivated over many years in prepared food production at brands such as "RF1" and "Nihon no Sarada Itohan," they propose "salads that are like a satisfying bento box in one bowl," combining main ingredients such as meat and fish with seasonal vegetables and glutinous brown rice.
In October 2025, we opened our first store at Grand Front Osaka, but with the desire to let even more people know about the appeal of our brand, we are now opening a pop-up store at GINZA SIX.
