Tokyo Tatemono Co., Ltd. and Heralbony Co., Ltd. will hold "TOKYO ART DOTS" (hereinafter referred to as "this event"), a walk-through event where people can encounter art while exploring the city, at various venues in front of Tokyo Station, including Tofrom Yaesu Tower (Yaesu, Chuo-ku, Tokyo), from November 5th (Thursday) to 8th (Sunday), 2026.
This event takes place in the Yaesu, Nihonbashi, Kyobashi, and Ginza areas (hereinafter referred to as "this area") located east of Tokyo Station. Participants can enjoy the art and worldviews of contracted artists presented by Heralbony while strolling through the city. This marks Heralbony's first event where the "city" itself serves as the venue. The event theme is "Uniqueness Makes the City Shine." Both art and cities come together as many individual points and personalities (DOTs) come together to create color and shine. This event will deliver a timeless brilliance of uniqueness in this area, which has a rich history and tradition dating back to the Edo period.

1. BAG@Tofrom Yaesu Tower
Venue: Tofrom Yaesu Tower 1st Floor Event Space "Hinokimachi Square"
At the main venue, Tofrom Yaesu Tower, the entire event space will be adorned with art by Heralbony-contracted artists. Art booths themed around each era—"Meiji/Taisho," "Showa," "Heisei," and "Reiwa"—will appear within the venue. The lives of people and the richness nurtured in each era will be explored through a single story inspired by Tokyo Tatemono's condominium brand Brillia's brand statement, "Being myself, that is richness." In addition to art exhibitions curated around this story, there will also be experiential content that allows participants to feel "what is richness?" themselves, as well as performances using bodily expression. This gallery is being held as part of the activities of "BAG-Brillia Art Gallery-," a site-specific gallery that does not have a fixed location.
1896-2026: A 130-Year Story of Tokyo
Countless people have lived in Tokyo.
Meiji, Taisho, Showa, Heisei, Reiwa—these paintings depict people who lived through each of those eras.
A shopkeeper carries his goods on a pole and sells fish from door to door.
A person pulling passengers in a rickshaw and speeding through the town.
A chef who fries tempura and serves it to people.
Young people running towards Otemachi, passing the sash from one to the next.
Office workers taking on a new project with their colleagues in a high-rise building.
Just as the people in the paintings appear so vibrant, the people who lived in each era, each with their own thoughts and living their own lives, lit a small light in this town.
Each of those lights, possessing a different color and emitting a different brilliance, met, blended, and together created the city of Tokyo we know today.
Perhaps that very overlap is what constitutes our richness.
Now, you embark on a journey through 130 years of Tokyo's history.
Across time, we meet people and touch the feelings they cherish, the moment when their light was lit.
And at the end of your journey, what kind of light will you encounter?
<"Meiji and Taisho Eras" 1896: When the gas lamps were lit>
【performance】
This performance depicts the exhilaration of the era around 1896 (Meiji 29), when Tokyo Tatemono was founded, as the city began to light up, through physical expression by deaf actors.

<"Showa" 1960: The Invisible Florist, produced by HIBIYA KADAN>
[Experience Content]
Close your eyes and rely on your other senses to perceive the shape, texture, and scent of the flowers, and choose one that feels right to you. You can also create your own "flower meaning" based on what you feel and the images that come to mind from the flower you choose. You can take your chosen flower home with you.
• Experience details: Choose flowers using your sense of smell and touch while wearing a blindfold. • How to participate: First-come, first-served basis. *Numbered tickets will be distributed during busy periods. • Duration: 8 minutes (per group)

<"Reiwa" 2026: Giving Shape to the Light of the Heart (MY ART DOT)>
[Experience Content]
This digital content encourages you to reflect on what richness means to you and discover your true self. Participants choose an artwork and contemplate questions related to "richness" presented to them. From the artwork they choose and the subtle physical reactions that emerge as they contemplate, a "MY ART DOT" is generated that reflects the nuances of their heart. The completed MY ART DOT can be taken home as a card, and will also be accumulated on the venue's screen, overlapping to create one large "light." No reservation is required; you are welcome to participate freely during the event hours.

● Purpose and concept of this event
Since its founding in 1896 (Meiji 29), Tokyo Tatemono has been committed to community development for 130 years, considering the lives of the people who live, work, and gather in the area. The history and traditions of the town have been created by the existence of each individual who has lived in pursuit of their own kind of richness in each era. In this event, we envision the richness within each individual as "light." In an open space where many people come and go, you can encounter the unique "individuality" of each person through the artwork of various artists and re-examine what richness means to you. These are four special days to experience various kinds of light while tracing the story that has been built up over 130 years. All four venues are within walking distance of each other, so participants can stroll around the town, visit the scattered artworks of various artists, and enjoy the art and stories that light up like a collection of dots (DOTS).
