[Ginza MMM] Library project “Female artists who have been active in the world Special feature on Coco Chanel” exhibition and online event related to “International Women’s Day” will be held on March 8th!

The underground library of MMM (Maison des Musees du Monde) focuses on Coco Chanel, who had a great influence on the advancement of women in society , with a special feature on Coco Chanel, a female artist who has been active in the world, from Japan and abroad. The collected books about Coco Chanel will be open to the public for a limited time until April 30th (Tuesday).
The library has a collection of over 1,000 items and provides a variety of information about art galleries and museums around the world free of charge. When you come to Ginza, please stop by MMM Library.

■Dora Tauzin
A Parisienne born as an essayist and international journalist. Graduated from Sorbonne University and Paris Institute of Political Science.
After working at the United Nations Headquarters Public Relations Department, she appeared on NHK TV's "French Conversation".
As a bridge between Japan and France, he is active in many fields, including writing for newspapers and magazines, commentating on TV and radio, and giving lectures. His books include “Live only by doing what you like'' and “The older the French get, the more beautiful they become'' (all published by Daiwa Shobo)
In 2015, he was awarded the Légion d'Honneur.

MMM's predecessor was Maison des Musées de France (MMF), which was established in 2003 as a joint project between RMN (French National Museum Union) and DNP (Dainippon Printing Co., Ltd.). Taking the opportunity of MMF's 10th anniversary, we expanded the range of information and products we provide based on our past activities, and in May 2013, we renamed it Maison des Musées du Monde (MMM).
