The long-awaited fourth store, "Gyutan no Lemon Yurakucho Store", will have its grand opening on Wednesday, May 14, 2025. The store is conveniently located just a five-minute walk from JR Yurakucho Station.
The Yurakucho store is characterized by a more chic and luxurious design than previous stores. The interior is designed with only 16 seats at a "J-shaped" counter, so you can experience the live charcoal grilling from every seat. You can also enjoy the performance of cutting and plating the beef tongue right in front of you, so you can enjoy the finest beef tongue with your eyes, ears, and smells.
The menu offers two main set meals: the "KIWAMI" set, where you can enjoy our specialty "Kiwami" steak, made from thickly sliced rare "tongue root", and the luxurious "BEEF TRIO" set, where you can taste three types of meat including the "Kiwami" steak.

[Beef Tongue Lemon] Our proud specialty, the "Kiwami" steak, is made with a generous amount of the rarest part of beef tongue, the "tongue root." It is cut into super thick slices and carefully grilled by a skilled chef over high-quality binchotan charcoal.
Beef tongue is divided into three parts: tongue base, tongue middle, tongue tip, and tongue bottom, and is a rare cut that can only be obtained from about 1kg of one cow. Among these, tongue base is the highest quality cut with rich marbling and a delicate texture, and only 20% of the total beef tongue is obtained.
The surface is grilled at a high temperature until fragrant, and then the inside is carefully cooked through to create a moist, tender and juicy finish. You can enjoy the overwhelming presence that comes from being thickly sliced, the beautiful rareness, the weight you can feel with your chopsticks, and the pleasant elasticity and flavor.
At the Yurakucho store, we offer two sets: the "KIWAMI" set, which allows you to fully enjoy this "Kiwami" steak, and the luxurious "BEEF TRIO" set, which includes an assortment of three types of charcoal-grilled dishes.

The "Grilled Beef Tongue" in the "BEEF TRIO" set is a masterpiece made by marinating the tongue in shio-koji overnight and grilling it over charcoal until it becomes fragrant. With just the right amount of sweet and salty, the condensed flavor of the beef tongue spreads with every bite, making it an addictively delicious dish that will have you coming back for more. The rice is made by Kyoto's long-established rice store, Hachidaime Gihei, and is a blend of carefully selected rice according to the season. The "Hagama Cooked Rice" is cooked in a large Hagama pot, which gives it a fluffy, grainy texture and a natural sweetness that is exceptional. In addition, the "Ikura no Shi" customization, which is made by topping it with extra-thick eggs (16th generation bright red eggs from Sakamoto Poultry in Yomota Village, Aomori Prefecture) and carefully selected salmon roe, is also very popular.
