
San Antonio TEX-MEX, where you can enjoy "TEX-MEX (Mexican-style American cuisine)" originating in Texas, USA, will open on Friday, July 18, 2025 at HIBIYA FOOD HALL on the first basement floor of Tokyo Midtown Hibiya.
Also starting from the same day, the cafes and restaurants in the building will host "The Summer Mocktail Fair" and "Hibiya Summer Cool Noodle Festival", for you to enjoy during the hot summer.
The newly opened "San Antonio TEX-MEX" is a restaurant that offers spicy and hearty dishes that recreate "TEX-MEX (Mexican-American cuisine)". In addition to lunch dishes that make the most of the flavor of the ingredients, an authentic dinner menu will be served to your table. Please enjoy the deep flavors that combine the food cultures of Mexico and America.
From July 18th (Friday) to August 31st (Sunday), you can enjoy a fair menu of "mocktails" and "cool noodles" that will cool down your body and mind during the hot summer. 16 mocktail items will be offered at 14 stores, and 12 cool noodles will be offered at 11 stores in the stores in the building. In addition, the "Cool Sweet Collection" fair, which started on July 1st (Tuesday) and focuses on shaved ice and parfaits, has been very well received by many customers. Mocktails are non-alcoholic drinks that are currently in the spotlight, and can be enjoyed with the taste and appearance of a cocktail without using alcohol.
