At this facility, Shiseido Co., Ltd.'s SHISEIDO brand flagship store has been decided to open as a core tenant on three floors from the first basement floor to the second floor above ground. , Including 11 stores. Pursuing beauty and health, it has a broad lineup that meets the expectations of those who want to enhance their important events and business scenes in life, and provides plus alpha value to high-quality living.

In addition, artworks by illustrator Kiyoshi Kuroda have been applied to part of the exterior glass facade and entrance hall. It is designed to express the leaves of the trees and the sunshine through the trees, and in harmony with the trees lining the Namiki-dori and Matsuya-dori, it creates a colorful and healing atmosphere in the city.

The stores are scheduled to open sequentially from April 2020 to the fall of the same year.
