Choya Umeshu Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Choya) will hold a "Umezukushi Afternoon Tea & High Tea" course at the plum wine cocktail specialty store "The CHOYA Ginza BAR" from January 4, 2022 (Tuesday) 3 It will be on sale until Thursday, 31st of March.

More than 50 types of plums, such as eau de bulls and sweets that are compatible with plum-arranged foods and plum wine, flight sets where you can enjoy limited-edition plum wine that can only be tasted at restaurants, popular plum wine cocktails, and non-alcoholic plum cocktails. This is an all-you-can-drink plum-making course for 2 hours and 30 minutes. All-you-can-drink hot drinks such as coffee and tea are included, so feel free to drop by as a place to take a break from shopping, as a late lunch with friends and family, or as a relaxing cafe time. During the period, the hours will be changed from 16:00 to 22:00 on weekdays and from 13:00 to 22:00 on weekends and holidays.

■ Choose one of three types of plum dessert after meals <br /> The Choya Bar Extremely Plum Purin, which was developed as a course-limited special dessert, is now available for the first time. We used plum caramel, plum jelly, and plum espuma topping the plum monaka. An authentic plum-zukuri pudding with a luxurious taste that is woven by four layers. You can choose from two types of pudding, alcohol type and non-alcoholic pudding using authentic plum wine.

In addition, we have prepared a course where you can choose either "Umeyaki Apple Hot Float" or "White Umeshu Cream Soda", which are sold for a limited time. Both are dessert cocktails with a new concept of bruled baked apples coated with plum honey. You can also choose between alcoholic type and non-alcoholic type. The CHOYA style dessert will make your time gorgeous.
