Tokyo Midtown Hibiya (Yurakucho, Chiyoda-ku, operator: Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd.) will hold "Hibiya Festival 2022" for 10 days from April 29 (Friday / holiday) to May 8 (Sunday). It will be held at the real venue and live distribution.

State of past implementation

Since its opening, Tokyo Midtown Hibiya has been promoting the transmission of Hibiya's art and culture in collaboration with the surrounding theaters and movie theaters. The "Hibiya Festival" has been held since 2018 as a theater festival unique to Japan's Broadway "Hibiya", and along with the greenery and nature of the city, there are free performance stages such as musicals, traditional performing arts, opera, and ballet in the open air. It is a theater festival that you can enjoy.

Last year, we opened a YouTube channel and held an event in the form of live distribution, but we were able to deliver various stages to many people and it was very well received. This year, which is the 4th time, the stage at the real venue for the first time in 3 years will be delivered live. At the real venue, in consideration of preventing the spread of the new coronavirus infection, some areas are reserved in advance, and while thorough infection control measures are taken, popular performing arts and traditional performing arts stages that are usually seen indoors are held. We will deliver a truly dream experience that you can enjoy in the open air. And in addition to the real venue x live distribution, various online limited contents will be distributed sequentially on the YouTube channel. Enjoy the "Hibiya Festival", which is even more powerful than last year, at home in Hibiya.
