Diamond Head Co., Ltd./Blue Marble, organizers of the creation festival "NEW ENERGY," will hold their first urban event at Tokyu Plaza Ginza for three days from November 22nd to 24th, where people can "eat, drink, and buy" carefully selected luxury items, from food, art, tableware, and miscellaneous goods (free admission).
"Shikohinten" is a market event with the theme of "A reward market of food and culture presented just for us," where you can meet producers and experience new food cultures while savoring the taste of alcohol, beverages, and food from all over Japan.
[Purpose of the event]
Rather than simply purchasing products, participants will have the opportunity to taste the products while enjoying conversation with producers and visitors, providing an opportunity for each participant to deepen and broaden their own tastes.
This will be the first time the event is held, and there will be a tasting area where you can compare "Japanese sake" from all over Japan, as well as participatory projects where you can see and taste the diverse expressions of food culture by artists. In the market area, producers and brands that have carefully selected unique handicrafts and stories from Japan and abroad, such as "tea and medicinal foods," "tableware," and "Japanese festivals," will gather to directly introduce the appeal of each product.

There are still many "Japanese sakes" in various parts of Japan that you may not know about. Approximately 20 companies that produce and sell a variety of Japanese sakes, including sake, shochu, wine, craft beer, and fruit liqueurs, will gather together. Customers with a "tasting ticket" can enjoy a tasting experience that can only be experienced at this event.

We will introduce you to "snacks" made with ingredients unique to Japan by food creators from all over Japan that go well with alcohol. Delicious experiences that will broaden your tastes and make you "unknown" await you.
Delicious regional catering : Freshly prepared regional "delicious" dishes that are hard to find in Tokyo. PONCUEBON, based in Hiroshima, pairs Setouchi lemon sour, fried oysters, and wild game sausage. We also recommend grilled beef tongue, stewed beef tongue, and beef tongue curry from Senichi Hormone in Sendai.
Selection of snacks from all over Japan : Introducing a selection of the best "light snacks to go with alcohol" from all over Japan.
The event will bring together delicacies from all over Japan that go well with local sake, including additive-free handmade kimchi from Hayasaka Foods in Tsuruoka, Yamagata, paired with local Yamagata sake, and homemade cheese from Dairy and Yeast in Kobe, Hyogo, paired with Japanese wine.
Specially selected sweets that can be enjoyed with or without alcohol : vegan ice cream and donuts by sweets brand "A'bake" (only on the 23rd), cream daifuku from "Obaraki Honpo Daitokuya Nagahisa," a Japanese confectionery shop that has been in business since the Edo period in 1716, and more.

"COFFEE CEREMONY IN GINZA"
Shinji Otsuyori of Kyoto product design firm PUBLIC SERVICE will be performing a unique drip performance using "COFFEE CEREMONY," a coffee tool developed and produced by 10 artisans. You can enjoy coffee while appreciating the tools in a space reminiscent of a teahouse.

"The world's newest tasting event" by traveling chef Souda Rua
A food installation will be created by visiting chef Souda Rua, combining products and ingredients sold at the venue. It will create new ways of eating and new communication between vendors and attendees.
