About Ore no Co., Ltd. The business model of Ore no Co., Ltd., which was established by founder Takashi Sakamoto, began in September 2011 with a restaurant called "Ore no Italian" that was only 59.2 m2 in size. Chefs who have worked at famous restaurants show off their skills and offer food at one-third the price of high-end restaurants. Even with a food cost rate of over 60%, the restaurant operates "Ore no Italian," "Ore no French," "Ore no Yakitori," and other restaurants mainly in Ginza, with the concept of realizing the profits of a thriving restaurant by turning over customers more than three times a day. In 2020, the restaurant is also promoting new initiatives in line with the times, such as its official online store "Ore no EC."
