◾️Aiming to provide "easy-to-use Japanese cuisine" in the Ginza area
It would be nice to have a place where people can enjoy Japanese food more casually in the Ginza area, where high-end restaurants are lined up. The idea for "Saiwaiwai" was born from this idea, and by setting a little distance from the center of Ginza, it finally took shape.
This restaurant, which stands on the border between the ordinary and the extraordinary, offers a 16-course meal made with luxurious seasonal ingredients for 7,700 yen (tax included) .
At the counter, you can see the craftsmanship of the chefs right before your eyes.
We have also paid special attention to creating an elegant yet casual atmosphere, with counter seats where you can see the craftsmen at work, table seats next to the counter where you can have a good conversation, and two private rooms.
It can be used for a variety of occasions, such as business dinners, anniversaries with partners, and entertaining guests from overseas.
The private rooms are spacious and can accommodate up to 6 people.
