[Loft] “Dashi” from all over Japan gathered at Ginza Loft! “Ginza Odashi Yokocho” to be held

Ginza Loft will hold "Ginza Odashi Yokocho," a dashi broth event that brings together dashi from all over Japan, for the second time since its first event at the end of last year, from Saturday, December 27, 2025 to Sunday, January 18, 2026. The event will feature a wide variety of dashi broths, including those from all over Japan, made with the finest konbu kelp harvested from the waters off Hakodate, Hokkaido, monkfish from Shimane Prefecture, and grouper from Nagasaki Prefecture, as well as a variety of other unique dashi broths to drink and add to other dishes.

●Hokkaido Shakeo's The Hokkaido Dashi 15 packets (Shakeo) 1,080 yen A dashi that lets you enjoy the taste of Hokkaido, made with salmon, sculpin, kelp, and shiitake mushrooms.

● Hokkaido Shirakuchihama Makonbu Osatsube Root Konbu Stock (Motono Yujiro Shoten) 2,000 yen A convenient, all-purpose liquid stock made with plenty of the root part of Makonbu, which is packed with nutrients.

●Shimane Prefecture Grilled monkfish dashi pack (Yoshitora Shoten) 540 yen A powdered dashi pack made from roasted monkfish processed into chips.
In addition to using it as soup stock for udon noodles or hot pot, you can also mix the contents of the pack with rice to make onigiri.

●Niigata Prefecture Dashi Cafe Time Konbu and Yuzu (Futaba's Dashi) 751 yen A tea bag type drinkable dashi that spreads the delicious flavor of real konbu and the refreshing aroma of domestic yuzu.

Hiroshima Prefecture Travel Friend Reproduction (Tanaka Foods) 1,080 yen A convenient can of furikake rice seasoning that can be carried around. A reproduction of a product sold during the Meiji period.
