Tokyo Midtown Hibiya: “HIBIYA BLOSSOM 2026,” a “flower and magical festival” featuring over 15,000 artificial flowers, will be held from March 3rd (Tue) to April 4th (Sat), 2026.

The Flower Dome, in collaboration with the film "Wicked," will feature a tulip field that recreates the world of the film, as well as the "Yellow Brick Road" that will lead visitors to Oz!

Starting on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, Tokyo Midtown Hibiya will host "HIBIYA BLOSSOM 2026," an event to celebrate the arrival of spring. This annual spring event, themed around "art and flowers," will decorate the streets of Hibiya, and this year marks its eighth year.

Following on from last year's collaboration with the film "Wicked," which was well-received by many visitors, this year the park will collaborate with the sequel, "Wicked: The Forever Promise" (released March 6th). In addition to a flower dome made up of over 15,000 artificial flowers and a grand staircase decorated with tulip fields inspired by the world of the film, new spots will be introduced, such as the "Yellow Brick Road," which will lead visitors into the story of Oz. The space will be even more immersive than last year, allowing visitors to immerse themselves in the magical world. In addition, this year there will be photo spots inspired by the world of the film set up inside the museum.

Additionally, at the "Botanical Street" along Hibiya Nakadori, streetlights, benches and other areas will be decorated with floral art, allowing you to experience the entire city of Hibiya as if enveloped in the magic of Wicked.
Additionally, four Mitsui Fudosan Group facilities (Tokyo Midtown, Tokyo Midtown Hibiya, Tokyo Midtown Yaesu, and the Nihonbashi area) will once again be holding unique flower-themed events to brighten up spring. Enjoy a moment of color unique to this season as you tour the four facilities.

About Mitsui Fudosan Group Sustainability <br /> Based on the Mitsui Fudosan Group's "& Mark" philosophy of "creating new value through coexistence, coexistence, and co-creation, and continuing to take on the challenge of achieving this," we view "creating social value" and "creating economic value" as two wheels of a cart. We believe that creating social value leads to creating economic value, and that this economic value will in turn create even greater social value. When we formulated our new Group Management Philosophy in April 2024, we identified six "GROUP MATERIALITY (priority issues)": 1. Contributing to industrial competitiveness, 2. Coexistence with the environment, 3. Health and vitality, 4. Safety and security, 5. Diversity and inclusion, and 6. Compliance and governance. We will address these material issues through our core business and contribute to sustainability.

Furthermore, in April 2025, we formulated "&EARTH for Nature," a declaration of coexistence with the environment in urban development. We see the "environment" as an integration of nature, people, and the community, and are promoting urban development that spreads a rich "environment" and passes it on to future generations. The declaration sets out five key themes: "protecting and nurturing greenery," "utilizing the appeal of water," "enriching the ecosystem," "connecting the community's aspirations," and "circulating natural resources." The initiatives described in this release contribute to two of the key themes of "&EARTH for Nature."
