Held on March 8th and 9th, 2026! Celebrating the 10th anniversary of the event, we will be holding 16 types of parfaits and live events to express our gratitude.

Shiseido Parlour Ginza Main Store Salon de Café will be holding its annual strawberry festival, "Special Strawberry Day 2026," on Sunday, March 8th and Monday, March 9th, 2026. This year marks the 10th anniversary of the event, and to express our gratitude to our customers, we have carefully selected 17 varieties of seasonal strawberries from all over Japan to create 16 beautiful strawberry parfaits. Additionally, Shiseido Parlour Ginza Main Store Ward Salon/Ward Hall will offer a strawberry-picking experience right in Ginza, Tokyo, and a live experience where you can watch a strawberry parfait being made right before your eyes. Please enjoy the blissful harmony of the rich flavor of strawberries, which heralds the arrival of spring, and Shiseido Parlour's traditional techniques.

We have created 16 different strawberry parfaits using 17 carefully selected varieties of delicious strawberries from all over Japan. Please enjoy these sweet and adorable parfaits, made with carefully grown, unique strawberries and traditional ice cream.

◆Royal Strawberry Parfait

"Royal Strawberry Parfait using Royal Queen strawberries from Hyogo Prefecture" 6,600 yen

Its rich, deep flavor and fresh juiciness are its charms. The deep crimson color penetrates deep into the flesh, making it a beautiful strawberry to look at.

"Royal Strawberry Parfait with Yukibotan Strawberries from Fukuoka Prefecture" 6,600 yen

It has a white skin and flesh, a sweet aroma, and a fresh, peach-like flavor. Its mellow sweetness and rich aroma are in harmony, giving it a unique flavor not found in red strawberries.

"Hyogo Prefecture's 'Ama Queen' Royal Strawberry Parfait" 5,500 yen

This luxurious strawberry has a high sugar content and a sweet taste that stands out with just one bite. The skin is a beautiful red, and the juicy flesh is soft and very appealing.

"Shizuoka Prefecture's 'First Love Scent' Royal Strawberry Parfait" 5,500 yen

Its distinctive white color defies common belief about strawberries. When ripe, it turns a pale pink, and its name was coined to evoke the image of a child's cheeks flushed with first love. Its unusual color, heart-warming name, and sweetness beyond what you would expect from its appearance are its charms.

"Royal Strawberry Parfait with Nara Prefecture's "Kotohime" and "Cottonberry"" 5,500 yen

This parfait is made with a generous amount of Nara Prefecture strawberries, "Kotohime" and "Cottonberry." "Kotohime" has a mild acidity and a pronounced sweetness, and its firm skin makes it satisfying to eat. "Cottonberry" is a pale pink strawberry with slightly larger berries and a rich, sweet fragrance.

"Kaorin Royal Strawberry Parfait from Saitama Prefecture" 6,600 yen High in sugar content and a refreshingly sour taste. This is a rare variety that is hard to find outside of Saitama Prefecture. The mellow aroma fills your mouth.

"Saitama Prefecture's 'Amarin' Royal Strawberry Parfait" 6,600 yen These easy-to-eat strawberries have a high sugar content and a mild acidity, and are very sweet. Their vibrant red color and beautiful luster make them visually appealing.

◆Premium Strawberry Parfait

"Premium strawberry parfait made with Sakuramomo strawberries from Tokushima Prefecture" 4,400 yen

These strawberries have a mild acidity and a juicy sweetness that spreads in your mouth with every bite. They are attractive with their vibrant red color and lovely round shape, and you can enjoy their rich, sweet flavor and aroma that is full of juice.

"Tochihime Premium Strawberry Parfait from Tochigi Prefecture" 4,400 yen

Even in Tochigi Prefecture, which boasts the highest strawberry production in Japan, this rare variety accounts for only 0.2% of the total production. The moderately soft flesh melts in your mouth, and it has a strong sweetness with a mild acidity. It has a fresh, mellow fragrance.

◆Special Strawberry Parfait

"Special Strawberry Parfait with Marihime Strawberries from Wakayama Prefecture" 3,800 yen

This original variety was named with the hope that it would be as beautiful as Kishu Temari, a Wakayama Prefecture folk craft that has been loved and passed down by princesses since the Heian period.These large, sweet peaches have a pleasant fragrance that fills your mouth.

"Special Strawberry Parfait with Utano Strawberries from Mie Prefecture" 3,800 yen
This is an original Mie Prefecture variety that was born in 2024. Based on the theme of "A joy to give, a joy to eat, and a joy to bring a smile to your face," this strawberry is attractive for its beautiful shape, vibrant color, sweetness, and fragrance.

"Special Strawberry Parfait with Saga Prefecture's "Angel Strawberry"" 3,800 yen

This white strawberry has a good balance of sweetness and sourness and a soft, fragrant aroma. Its pure white color, lovely rounded shape, and gentle flavor have earned it the nickname "Angel Strawberry."

"Strawberry Parfait made with Oita Prefecture's "Berrys"" 3,300 yen

These beautiful, vibrant red strawberries have a distinctive fragrant aroma and deep sweetness that fills your mouth. They are appealing for their gorgeous appearance and luxurious taste.

"Mino Musume Strawberry Parfait from Gifu Prefecture" 3,300 yen The fruits are large and cone-shaped, with a vibrant red color and elegant luster. The moderately firm flesh has an exquisite balance of sweetness and sourness that spreads the more you chew it. The white flesh and core deliver a pleasant texture and flavor.

"Kyoto Prefecture's 'Meiho' Strawberry Parfait" 3,300 yen In addition to its clean acidity and elegant fragrance, the sweetness that fills your mouth and its deep richness are harmoniously balanced, allowing you to enjoy the luxurious taste of every strawberry. These strawberries are made with a traditional flavor.

◆Dessert

"Strawberry Parfait on a Plate" 3,500 yen

This gorgeous parfait is made with a generous amount of two strawberries: "Marihime" from Wakayama Prefecture and "Ten no Shizuku" from Saga Prefecture. Enjoy the harmony of the strawberry almond tofu and sauce that spreads from the glass, and the three homemade ice cream flavors: vanilla, strawberry, and milk.

Strawberry Parfait Live | Strawberry picking experience & a parfait made just for you *Reservation required

This hands-on event will give you the feeling of picking strawberries in Ginza, Tokyo. You will be able to pick your own strawberries from special planters.* Shiseido Parlour's top pastry chef will then use the strawberries to create a strawberry parfait just for you.

*Up to 5 strawberries per person. Please cut the strawberries attached to the stem with a clip.
