In May, we have prepared colorful parfaits and desserts using carefully selected fruits from all over Japan. "Kyushu Loquat Parfait" 3,400 yen This parfait is made with loquats grown on trees whose flavor becomes milder with each passing year. Enjoy the gentle sweetness and soft texture of the fruit.

"Strawberry Parfait with Nara Prefecture's 'Asuka Ruby' Strawberries" 3,000 yen This parfait luxuriously uses strawberries characterized by their glossy red color reminiscent of ruby gemstones. Enjoy the fragrant aroma and the well-balanced taste of sweetness and tartness.

"Royal Parfait with Miyazaki Prefecture's Ripe Mango 'Taiyo no Tamago'" [Limited Quantity] 6,000 yen This parfait uses mangoes grown under the abundant sunshine of Miyazaki Prefecture. Enjoy the rich, strong aroma and tropical, intense sweetness of mangoes harvested when fully ripe.
