Ginza NAGANO (Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo), an information hub connecting the Tokyo metropolitan area and Nagano Prefecture, will celebrate its 12th anniversary in October 2026. To express our gratitude to everyone who has supported Ginza NAGANO so far, we will be holding the "Ginza NAGANO Thanksgiving Festival ~Shinshu Prime 2 Days to Express Our Gratitude~" on October 24th (Sat) and 25th (Sun).

The entire Ginza NAGANO complex will be hosting two days of events where you can enjoy the charms of Nagano Prefecture, including special sales of Nagano's specialty products and limited-edition items for the Thanksgiving Festival, tasting events where you can experience the delicious flavors of Shinshu, special menus in the tasting space, meet-and-greets with Nagano Prefecture's PR character "Arukuma," a scent workshop that evokes the forests of Shinshu, and a talk event by Nagano Prefecture's permanent tourism ambassador, Ryuta Mine.

For two days only, we will be offering a special sale of items not normally available at Ginza NAGANO.
Ginza NAGANO has received a special version of Fujimura's (Matsumoto City) "Raisin Cookies," which are delivered once a month and sell out immediately every month. This special version is called "Shine Muscat Raisin Cookies." Inoue Department Store (Matsumoto City) produces these rare "Raisin Cookies" only when they have a pop-up store.
The apple strudel made at the Barakura English Garden in Tateshina Highlands (Chino City) is filled with plenty of plump apples from Tateshina Town. The pie crust is fragrant with cinnamon and nutmeg.
Furthermore, Atrion Confectionery (Suzaka City), famous for its "Yoguret" candy, has created a special "Sweets Lucky Bag" for the Thanksgiving Festival. You can enjoy a variety of sweets from Atrion Confectionery.
In addition, limited quantities of special Thanksgiving products will be available for sale, including seasonal "Maitake Oyaki" from Iroha-do (Nagano City), "Shio Yokan" from Niitsuru Honten (Shimosuwa Town), "Cacao Charm Owl Box" from Bon Okawa Karuizawa Chocolate Factory (Karuizawa Town), "Matsumoto Old Castle Concert" from Gateau Fraise (Matsumoto City), "Arukuma Apple Dorayaki" from Meigetsudo (Iizuna Town), and "Hungry Cheesecake" from Watahan Mihara Shoten (Azumino City).

On the second floor event space, we'll be having a special sale of Shinshu's local specialty bread, "Milk Bread." This year, we'll also be offering flavors of Milk Bread that aren't usually available. Don't miss this opportunity to buy some at Ginza NAGANO!

When you think of autumn in Shinshu, you think of apples and mushrooms.

Furthermore, we will be selling apples and mushrooms from Nagano Prefecture at special prices.
We offer sets of seasonal apples such as "Shinano Sweet" and "Shinano Gold," as well as an assortment of five types of mushrooms. Enjoy the Thanksgiving celebration and take home a taste of autumn from Shinshu to your table.

"Taste before you choose" at NAGANO

We will also be holding "Tasting NAGANO," where you can sample and purchase products that are normally sold. This event will allow you to compare different apple juices, taste different versions of Shinshu's soul food "oyaki," and actually sample popular sweets (famous confections) and purchase your favorites.
Both the familiar flavors of Shinshu and the flavors of Shinshu you've never known before.

A workshop featuring scents that evoke the forests of Shinshu will be held!

On the 5th floor, we will be holding a workshop where you can learn about the scents of Shinshu's forests and forest bathing, while creating your own "comfortable" scent.

On the 2nd floor event space, Tenho, a popular restaurant chain in Nagano Prefecture, will be offering their signature tantanmen noodles and gyoza, limited to 150 servings, as part of a special event.
For those who live away from Nagano Prefecture, it will evoke nostalgia; for those trying it for the first time, it will be a new experience. Why not savor the freshly made, local flavors beloved by the people of Nagano Prefecture, right here in Ginza?

Nagano Prefecture's permanent tourism ambassador, Ryuta Mine, will also be making an appearance!

On the 5th floor, we will be hosting our annual talk event with Ryuta Mine, the permanent tourism ambassador for Nagano Prefecture. The theme will be "How do traditional crafts live on in our lives?", and we will invite representatives from companies inside and outside the prefecture to talk about the relationship between traditional crafts and our lives today.
