This year, under the theme of “Christmas garden”, elegant and gorgeous desserts like a garden decorated with Christmas colors, including parfaits decorated with several kinds of berries and Le Recche from Niigata Prefecture, will appear.

The adorable gift box wrapped in sweet and sour flamboyant soup with a creamy brulee that melts well in the mouth is decorated with a fruit unique to winter and finished in an exciting dish. It will be served with a Christmas plate until December 25th.

Christmas rouge parfait
A few berries like Rouge were decorated with Le Recche from Niigata Prefecture to create a gorgeous and elegant Christmas in Ginza. Homemade flamboyant sherbet and chocolate ice cream, rich and sweet and sour special berry sauces will make you feel good. In addition, the bottom of the parfait glass is filled with persimmons, framboise, blueberries and cranberry jelly.

Aomori Prefecture Oikasa Honey Star Farm Apple “Red Dream” Ice Cream Soda
