New York Perfect Cheese is a new New York-style cheese supervised by three professionals who know everything about cheese: a former White House pastry chef who is active in the world, the world's best Japanese fromager, and the highest French MOF cheese craftsman. It is a confectionery specialty store. We carefully select cheeses from all over the world and deliver cheese confectioneries that are particular about taste, aroma and texture.

Each sweet is carefully selected for its richness, taste, and smoothness from all kinds of cheeses around the world, and is made with the optimum temperature, humidity, and baking method. You can enjoy the rich taste, aroma and flavor of the finest cheese.
