・Spreading MATCHA's third wave from Ginza to the world

ATELIER MATCHA was born in Nihonbashi Ningyocho two years ago, in the summer of 2021, based on the concept of “We want to provide a matcha experience where you can enjoy the original taste and culture of matcha grown in Japan.'' And this fall, with the mission of "bringing the third wave of MATCHA to the world," we will be working in Japan to bring the MATCHA experience of a new generation to the world, where you can enjoy the high-quality premium matcha from Uji, Kyoto more easily and creatively. Many people flocked to the restaurant in search of deliciousness and quality, and the restaurant was relocated to Ginza, a city that attracts many tourists from overseas.

We will continue to convey the charm of MATCHA to the world from this city, which continues to maintain its dignity and centripetal force, and continues to update, as it has in the past. We also plan to expand overseas franchises in Asia starting in 2024.

Please look forward to the next step of ATELIER MATCHA.
