Diamond Dying Co., Ltd., a consolidated subsidiary of DD Group Co., Ltd., will open a new store, "Mizuiro," on Wednesday, May 22, 2024.

・Origin of the store name



"Water" Colorless, transparent water has infinite possibilities for reflecting the various hues of the clear sky.
"Color" An infinite number of colors are created by absorbing and fusing countless essences.
The shop's name "Light Blue" expresses the panoramic view of the Tokyo Bay Area and the changing colors of the sky and sea over time.
The logo also uses letters written by the company's president himself.

Location characteristics

The Shiodome area of Tokyo is within walking distance of Ginza and boasts excellent transport access with two stations, Shinbashi and Shiodome, serving eight different lines. While it is a business district, it is also a base for sightseeing in the Tokyo Bay area, and is once again becoming popular with many attractive tourist spots, including the Japanese garden Hama-rikyu Gardens and the Tokyo city view.
Caretta Shiodome, a skyscraper that symbolizes the Shiodome area, is equipped with a wide range of dining facilities, including the Sky Restaurant, located about 200 meters above ground, which is a restaurant floor that offers an overwhelming view.
"Mizuiro" is located in the center of this sky restaurant, at the tip of a V-shaped building, and from the large windows inside the restaurant which seem to jut out into the air, you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the Tokyo Bay area, including Tokyo Tower, Odaiba, and Rainbow Bridge.

"Japanese spirit, Western learning" is a phrase that means valuing the traditional Japanese spirit while utilizing the excellent knowledge and technology of the West, harmonizing and developing the two.
The restaurant serves creative, colorful and borderless Japanese cuisine that is free from preconceived notions and fuses traditional Japanese food culture with cooking methods from around the world. The interior decorations throughout the restaurant also express the concept of "Japanese spirit, Western learning."
Along with a breathtaking view from 200 meters above ground, as if floating in the sky, the view is beyond words, we offer a special dining experience that can only be enjoyed here.

When you enter the restaurant, the first thing that catches your eye is the charcoal grilling and other cooking scenes up close. The space is designed to make you feel as if you've wandered into a kitchen.
Going through the kitchen and further inside, you'll be captivated by the two-story atrium, large windows that are 9 meters high, and the breathtaking view of the crystal clear sea and sky beyond.
The main floor, where every seat offers a spectacular view of the Tokyo Bay area, offers a variety of seating options to suit a variety of occasions, including private rooms, special window seats, premium couple seats, and box seats for medium-sized groups.
The interior decor includes washi wallpaper, cut glass pendant lights, and a tin bar counter, allowing you to fully enjoy the theme of "Japanese spirit, Western learning."

Based on traditional Japanese food culture, such as sashimi in unprecedented shapes and flavors, and charcoal grilled dishes incorporating barbs and spices from around the world, we express "Japanese spirit, Western learning" through creative, colorful, and unconventional Japanese cuisine that fuses ingredients and essences from around the world.
The drinks menu includes a selection of carefully selected drinks from all over Japan, including the original craft beer "Light Blue Beer," made with Japanese spices such as yuzu and Japanese pepper, as well as Japanese whiskey, craft gin, and tea highballs made with brand-name teas.
