Aging Beef Co., Ltd., which was acquired in September 2024, operates Japan's first store specializing in aged Japanese Black beef. Ginza Yakiniku Salon de AgingBeef, operated by our company, was born as a high-end yakiniku restaurant specializing in aged meat. In 2024, it was selected as one of the "100 Best Yakiniku Restaurants in Tokyo" by the gourmet website Tabelog.
This time, we will reopen "Ginza Yakiniku Salon de AgingBeef" due to its relocation. Our restaurant is particular about artistic interior design that stimulates the five senses and creates a special space. We also have many private rooms so that you can enjoy it on various occasions such as celebratory occasions and dinner parties. The dishes are made with carefully selected Yonezawa beef that has been dry-aged for three weeks in chunks. Our experienced staff will bring out the original characteristics and flavor of the meat to the fullest, and carefully cook it before serving it to you.
