With the theme of “French and wine”, Patissiere Yuri Hoshino has created a chocolate with a gentle taste. From among the 8 award-winning categories, select 3 types of fun to enjoy the characteristics of texture and mariju of chocolate scent. At the moment of opening the box, as well as the moment I put it in the mouth I devote my thought that happiness will spread, we devise a form and color that imaged the fruit. The tint realized by finely adjusting 0.1 g each and the beautiful contrast are limited items that can be enjoyed by the eyes.
■ Orange: Orange Abriko (ORANGE-ABRICOT)
To the vanilla ganache, the combination of fresh orange and dry apricot was combined. The fragrance of vanilla spreads in reasonable acidity of fruit.
■ Green: Tea (THÉ AU LAIT)
I wrapped milk ganache with sweet chocolate which included a gentle fragrance of Earl Gray Tea.
■ Purple: Cassis Leysin (CASSIS-RAISIN)
I adjusted the cassis’ configuration to grape ganache. Cassis’ deep fruit taste followed by fruity grape scent and chocolate marriage.

Big event representing Japan’s largest confectionery industry widely known not only domestically but also abroad. Co-organizer is national confectionery association.
