Tokyo Subway Co., Ltd. will provide the POCKETALK® S ("PokeTalk S"), an AI interpreter, from January 1, 2020 (holiday, Wednesday) to the Tokyo Metro service manager and Tokyo and Ginza stations. At passenger information centers such as, we will start introducing it as a customer service tool.

PokeTalk S is a two-way speech translator that allows people who cannot speak each other's words to communicate with each other. It can be translated into voice and text in 55 languages and translated into text in 19 languages.

Inquiries from foreign visitors to Tokyo Metro have increased in recent years. We will work to further enhance the information by introducing PokeTalk S as a customer service tool at service managers who provide guidance while moving around the station premises and at five passenger information centers such as Tokyo Station and Ginza Station. .
