The 7th floor gallery of the Ginza Mitsukoshi Main Building will hold the "~ New Wind ~ Kiyoshi Nakajima Painting Exhibition" for the first time from February 17, 2021 (Wednesday). ・ Profile of Kiyoshi Nakashima
Born in Saga prefecture in 1943. After graduating from high school, he moved to Tokyo and continued to study painting by himself. He got a job at an advertising company and won numerous awards as an art director. After that, after studying painting at an art school in Paris, France, he became independent and became a freelancer. In 1982, he worked on the image of NHK "Minna no Uta", and in 1987, won the Bologna Children's Book Exhibition Graphic Award for "Kodama Myoto". In 2010, 46 fusuma paintings will be dedicated to the Jojuin Temple in Kiyomizu-dera, Kyoto. He still holds solo exhibitions all over the country. He continues to publish his works.
