Ginza Loft is a gelato and baked confectionery specialty store in Sangubashi, "FLOTO" (Tokyo), which is handled by Patissier Baba Maiko from September 1st (Wednesday) to October 3rd (Sunday), 2021. POP UP SHOP (Shibuya-ku, Tokyo) will be opened in the cafe space LOFT FOOD LAB on the 1st floor.
We will sell 10 types of gelato using seasonal fruits procured from producers all over Japan and selected greengrocers, and 2 types of original drinks limited to Ginza Loft using gelato.
