About Mitsui Fudosan Group Sustainability <br /> Based on the Mitsui Fudosan Group's "& Mark" philosophy of "creating new value through coexistence, coexistence, and co-creation, and continuing to take on the challenge of achieving this," we view "creating social value" and "creating economic value" as two wheels of a cart. We believe that creating social value leads to creating economic value, and that this economic value will in turn create even greater social value. When we formulated our new Group Management Philosophy in April 2024, we identified six "GROUP MATERIALITY (priority issues)": 1. Contributing to industrial competitiveness, 2. Coexistence with the environment, 3. Health and vitality, 4. Safety and security, 5. Diversity and inclusion, and 6. Compliance and governance. We will address these material issues through our core business and contribute to sustainability.

Furthermore, in April 2025, we formulated "&EARTH for Nature," a declaration of coexistence with the environment in urban development. We see the "environment" as an integration of nature, people, and the community, and are promoting urban development that spreads a rich "environment" and passes it on to future generations. The declaration sets out five key themes: "protecting and nurturing greenery," "utilizing the appeal of water," "enriching the ecosystem," "connecting the community's aspirations," and "circulating natural resources." The initiative described in this release contributes to one of the key themes of "&EARTH for Nature."
