This time, we will hold a "heart-pounding sweets fair" by five carefully selected sweets brands handled by craftsmen from all over Japan.
From Hyogo, "Inoue Saryo", which produces cannure yokan that combines Japanese and Western, "zilch studio", which produces seasonal sweets in Aomori, "Marco Matsuyama Craft Chocolate", a chocolate specialty store from Ehime, and cute chocolates in Aichi prefecture. This time, we would like to introduce Canelé Yokan, which is also the signature product of Inoue Saryo. Yokan is one of the most traditional Japanese sweets made mainly from red beans, sugar and agar. Inoue Saryo's canelé-shaped yokan, which incorporates chocolate and matcha, is characterized by a fusion of Japanese and Western styles. "Jazz Toyokan" is a shop from Yufuin that loves travel and music. Even the piano design on the surface is finished by delicate handicrafts by Japanese sweets craftsmen, so it is a luxurious yokan produced in small quantities. We will sell "Jazz Yokan", a yokan with an impressive piano design.
In addition to the winter-only <chocolat> and the standard <classic>, the March-only product <pistachio chocolat> will be on sale. It is a yokan with a rich pistachio yokan surface finished with chocolate bean paste.
