A new gourmet spot, “Sobamae Isshin,” has opened at Hibiya OKUROJI!

On Thursday, November 28th, Hibiya OKUROJI will be opening a new restaurant, "Soba-mae Isshin," which boasts 100% buckwheat flour made from domestic buckwheat. Please come and try this specialty store's specialty dish.

During the Edo period, there were about 3,000 soba restaurants in Edo, bustling as dining spots during the day and social gatherings for adults at night. Soba restaurants were originally places loved by everyone, similar to what we would now call "all-day dining."
In Edo, there was a particularly stylish way of drinking in the evening called "soba-mae," in which one would enjoy some snacks and local sake, and finish off with some soba.
In the Reiwa era, we are reviving the "soba-mae" culture in Hibiya. We offer 100% carefully selected buckwheat noodles made from domestic buckwheat flour, fresh fish, tempura, a wide variety of side dishes, and carefully selected local sake. We are open until 27:00 on weekdays. We are opening an "All Days Soba Dining" where you can enjoy soba any time of the day, night, or every day.
