Tokyo debut! Enter the sweet fantasy world of Osamu Watanabe! Solo exhibition at Whitestone Gallery Ginza New Building from February 7th

Osamu Watanabe, known for his installations and contemporary art pieces using colorful and intricately realistic creams, candies, and fruits, will be holding a solo exhibition titled "Unseen Sweet Nostalgia" at Whitestone Gallery Ginza New Building (Chuo-ku, Tokyo) from Friday, February 7, 2025.

■After success overseas, he is finally holding a solo exhibition in Tokyo

Osamu Watanabe has received high praise at exhibitions abroad, including in Hong Kong, Singapore, Beijing, and Seoul, and is now holding a solo exhibition at Whitestone Gallery Ginza New Building. This exhibition, "Unseen Sweet Nostalgia," is themed around childhood dreams and memories, and presents a sweet worldview with the motifs of "sweets" and "exploring the unknown." The 2m dinosaur work is a masterpiece, deeply attracting viewers as a metaphor symbolizing life and happiness.
In addition, in collaboration with Cafe ema. in Shinjuku and Shibuya, you can enjoy the world of Osamu Watanabe with all five senses through the provision of special sweets produced by Osamu Watanabe, "Blue Nostalgia Croissants," and through the store decorations.
