FUFU Tokyo Ginza will open on November 16, 2025. This will be the first time the FUFU brand will open in the city center, and it will mark the completion of a new type of Japanese resort that harmonizes city and nature, tradition and modernity. There are 34 guest rooms in total, all with gardens and natural hot springs.
All guest rooms are equipped with Atami's natural hot springs, providing a space enveloped in Japanese aesthetics and fragrance. There are two restaurants: the Japanese restaurant "Ginza Gayu" on the 12th floor and "Sushi Ginga" on the basement floor. Our chefs delicately prepare dishes using carefully selected seasonal ingredients from all over Japan. By combining traditional Japanese cooking techniques with the sensibility of "fufu," we create a moment to savor with all five senses, accompanied by delicate and beautiful tableware.

"Fufu Jogashima Sea Breeze Melody" to open by spring 2026
At the southernmost tip of Kanagawa Prefecture's Miura Peninsula, in a tranquil area surrounded by vast ocean, FUFU's first resort with an ocean view will be born. From the guest rooms, you can see the horizon where the sea and sky gently blend together, and feel up close the powerful waves crashing against the raised rocks and the majestic breath of nature woven by the water's surface bathed in sunlight.
