Following the overwhelming response at last year's event, the long-awaited permanent store has finally become a reality. The store will sell exclusive items made with carefully selected ingredients such as Wagyu and Kobe beef, available only at Matsuya PREMIUM Ginza. ~Opening June 10th (Wed) at 11:00 AM~
To commemorate our 60th anniversary this year, Matsuya Foods will be opening its first permanent store in a department store, "Matsuya PREMIUM," on the first basement floor of Matsuya Ginza, in the bento and prepared food section.
This project began with a connection between Matsuya Ginza, a department store that will celebrate its 100th anniversary in 2025, and our company, which also shares the name "Matsuya." Although we had been planning the collaboration since 2019, we temporarily abandoned it due to the impact of the coronavirus, but it finally came to fruition last year. We opened a pop-up store in a food event space for a limited time, which generated a record-breaking response.
We are pleased to announce that we will be opening our first permanent store in a department store, "Matsuya PREMIUM," and we are delighted to welcome you all.
Based on the themes of "luxury and approachability" that Matsuya Ginza values, we will offer a unique experience that can only be enjoyed here, befitting Matsuya Foods' 60th anniversary.
1. A carefully selected "limited menu"
The menu features a variety of limited-edition items, including luxurious beef bowls made with Kobe beef, "Uma Tomato Hamburg Steak" made with domestically raised Kuroge Wagyu beef, tonteki (pork steak) using "Domestically Raised Snow Country Pork" with its sweet, tender, and juicy fat, and "Founder's Beef Curry" generously made with boiled beef. It's a superb lineup of carefully crafted dishes.

We employ our own unique cooking methods to ensure you can fully enjoy the delicious taste of Kobe beef.
The sauce is a blend of Matsuya's original beef bowl sauce, and the onions and pickled ginger used as a side dish are also domestically sourced, making this a truly exceptional dish.
③ Domestic Japanese Black Wagyu Beef and Tomato Hamburger Steak – Price: 1,681 yen
This hamburger steak, made with domestically produced Japanese Black Wagyu beef, is topped with a soft-boiled egg made with "Maximum Koitamago," known for its rich yolk.
The hamburger patty remains tender even when cooled, and is made with a unique blend of ingredients to bring out the delicious flavor of Japanese Black Wagyu beef.
The Umatoma Sauce is an original blend that enhances the umami of tomatoes and is formulated to perfectly complement the hamburger steak.
④ Rich Pork Steak from a Snowy Region – Price: 1,681 yen
This hearty product uses 150g of domestically produced pork, raised in snowy regions, known for its sweet fat and tender texture.
Made with Matsuya's original tonteki sauce, this dish has a flavor that will make you want more rice.
The fried garlic topping adds a nice touch.

Based on our popular "Founding Beef Curry," we've created a rich and flavorful dish with plenty of boiled beef.
This time, we're offering Matsuya's traditional styles, such as "Curry Beef" and "Hamburger Curry," in luxurious combinations with "Kobe Beef" and "Japanese Black Wagyu Hamburger."
In addition to the above lineup, we are also considering developing new seasonal menus and selling prepared foods. We are committed to creating high-quality, carefully crafted products befitting a department store.

Furthermore, we beautifully arranged product samples in the display cases, aiming to create a space where customers can experience the "joy of choosing" and a "sense of exclusivity" that sets us apart from traditional Matsuya restaurants.
We have focused on creating a store design that is both calm and sophisticated, as is characteristic of the "Matsuya PREMIUM" line, while also being approachable.

We aim for a high-quality outfit that blends seamlessly into everyday life, while exuding refined dignity without being pretentious. This will allow us to embody the attentive hospitality that is unique to "Matsuya PREMIUM" while maintaining our friendly customer service.
