~Turn Hibiya Park into a winter attraction with hot pot~
The "Furusato Nabe Grand Prix® 2026 in Hibiya Park" will be held for three days from Friday, January 30th to Sunday, February 1st, 2026, at Hibiya Park in Chiyoda Ward, Tokyo. This food festival is themed around the winter staple of "nabe." A large collection of hotpots from various regions will be on display, featuring seasonal fish, vegetables, and meat. The "Nabe Grand Prix" will be decided by a vote of visitors, and a heated battle will unfold. There will also be a "Local Sake Brewery Tour" where you can sample sake from around the country. It's an event where you can enjoy eating and drinking.
■Flavors of home come together! Here are some of the dishes that will be entered into the Grand Prix, which will be decided by visitor votes!

Name of stall: Rocky Stance Aomori Prefecture is located in the Pacific Ocean! Originating from the Shimokita Peninsula! This seafood stall is run by a fisherman with an endless supply of delicious food. Enjoy a hearty bowl of ramen! Made with octopus from Aomori Prefecture, the plump octopus meatballs with a fragrant ginger are the perfect match for the sesame and soy milk-based soup! This exquisite bowl has many repeat customers.
[Miyagi] Sendai parsley hotpot
Name of restaurant: Date Torimune. Located in Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture, "Charcoal Bar Date Torimune" is an izakaya serving Miyagi's local cuisine, primarily charcoal-grilled chicken. The ingredients include "root water parsley" produced in Natori City, Zao Town's brand pork "JAPAN X," and the local specialty "Sendai Aburafu." The soy sauce is "Ginjo Soy Sauce" from Konno Brewery in Kami Town, which has won the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Award eight times in total.
