RSN Japan Co., Ltd. developing the Austrian wineglass company "Riedel" is a hand-made reproduction of two types of glasses specialized in sake. <Riedel Super Regenero Series> "Daiginjo" and "Net Rice" at Riedel Ginza Store We will release it from September 12 in advance.
Riedel has developed an ideal glass shape for each grape variety, paying attention to the fact that even the same wine changes its scent and taste when drunk with different shape glasses. In 2000 saw Daiginjo sake even among sake, and created a special glass that brings out its charm to its full potential. Daiginju, which had been drunk by a small cup until that time, has become more established as a new way of enjoying by putting it in a shrunken egg-shaped vessel like a wine glass to make it more fruity aroma. Furthermore, in 2018, after the development period of about 8 years, we completed the second sake glass "pure rice" for sake. Contrary to Daiginjo whose attracted taste is sharpened, the glass for pure rice liquor with its complex and deep umami is attractive, its fragrance, its large size in order to maximize the taste, the bore diameter of the drinking mouth Has become a large shape.
Both glasses originally made machine-mapped were reproduced in handmade this time and joined as a new item of <Riedel Super Regelo series>. It is also recommended as a high-end gift to those who love sake, as well as those who want to taste deliciously with shapes that bring out the great sake, the flavor of pure rice wine, and delicious taste to the utmost.
