The Hokuren Agricultural Cooperative Federation will implement the event "Hokuren Great Harvest Festival in Ginza Mitsukoshi" aimed at informing consumers in the metropolitan area of the abundance and taste of agricultural and livestock products produced in Hokkaido.
This event began in 2013 with the cooperation of "Junior Minori Minoru Project" by JA whole farmers and will be celebrating the sixth this year. ■ Contents: We will sell seasonal vegetables in Hokkaido, agricultural and livestock products including new rice and products that you can fully enjoy the charm of Hokkaido, gathering affection and attention of producers.
■ Period: November 1, 2018 (Thursday) – November 4 (Sun)
■ Time: 10: 30-19: 00 (last day 18: 00)
■ Venue: Ginza Mitsukoshi 9th floor "Ginza Terrace" (4-6-16 Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo)
As we come to the fall of harvest, we collect and sell hokkaido 's new rice etc. which are now representative agricultural products of Hokkaido from vegetables such as "potato" and "onion" from all over Hokkaido. Also, processed items using abundant Hokkaido materials, such as popular soft cream, natural cheese, JA special products in various areas of Hokkaido, gather from all over Hokkaido!
It is an event that you can fully feel the autumn of fertility in Hokkaido. Producers and JA from Hokkaido also participate in Marche and we will deliver the voices of the production area including the recommended way of eating that we know because it is a producer.
At the venue, there are plenty of events that parents and children can enjoy, such as "milking experience" by daily cow 's life – sized model and "threshing experience" of rice. We also carry out a quiz rally where you can also receive prizes.
