1. concept
We sell Italian ingredients made by skilled craftsmen using traditional Italian methods while introducing how to use them and the background story, and we also have a cafe where you can try the taste of ingredients directly imported from Italy.
The food menu is developed in collaboration with an Italian chef, and the collaboration destination changes every 1 to 2 months, so you can enjoy the change of the menu depending on the season. The first after the opening will be a collaboration with Chef Imai of the popular Italian restaurant "Pepe Rosso" in Ikenoue, Tokyo!
