Miyazaki's authentic shochu has been the top-selling shochu in Japan for 11 consecutive years. To help more people discover its appeal, we will be opening "Miyazaki Shochu Sakaba Hinata," an izakaya where you can enjoy the pairing of Miyazaki authentic shochu with Miyazaki cuisine, for a limited time from January 22nd (Thursday) to February 28th (Saturday).

From Thursday, January 22, 2020 to Saturday, February 28, 2020
*A pre-opening event will be held on Wednesday, January 21, 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, inviting interested parties.

Weekday lunch: 11:30-14:30 (last order at 14:00) Dinner: 17:30-23:00 (Monday-Thursday) last order at 22:00 (Friday) last order at 22:30
Saturday Lunch: 11:30-15:00 (Last order: 14:00) Dinner: 17:00-22:00 (Last order: 21:00)
*Closed on Sundays and public holidays (subject to change)

5. Notes (event information)
During the opening period, which runs for 15 days from February 7th (Sat) to February 21st (Sat), we will be holding an event called "TOKYO MIX UP WEEK," where you can enjoy cocktails based on Miyazaki shochu at approximately 60 bars in Tokyo.
