Tokyo Midtown Hibiya will host "HIBIYA MID SUMMER 2026" from June 26th (Fri) to August 23rd (Sun), 2026. The event, themed "How to Enjoy Summer in the City Center," will offer a summer experience combining food, music, and activities, primarily centered around Hibiya Step Square.
As the main attraction, a cafe stand offering original menu items from OH MY CAFE, themed after the latest Disney & Pixar film, "Toy Story 5" (scheduled for release on July 3, 2026), will appear in Hibiya Step Square. You can enjoy special menu items that capture the world of the movie, including drinks and food inspired by the characters.
Additionally, Hibiya Step Square will host "HIBIYA SUMMER DINER," an outdoor diner with approximately 100 seats. Enjoy drinks and food in the shade with friends and family while also experiencing live music, offering a uniquely Hibiya-style summer entertainment experience.
This summer, Mitsui Fudosan Group will be holding summer events at four of its facilities in Tokyo (Tokyo Midtown, Tokyo Midtown Hibiya, Tokyo Midtown Yaesu, and the Nihonbashi area). Please enjoy the unique summer activities offered at each facility.

Limited-time "Toy Story 5" Cafe Stand
A limited-time cafe stand featuring original menu items inspired by the characters of the latest Disney & Pixar film, "Toy Story 5," will open on Friday, June 26th. The menu items from the "Toy Story 5" OH MY CAFE*, which will open on Friday, July 3rd, will be specially available at the cafe stand. The drinks, sweets, and food offered will comply with Disney's nutritional guidelines, offering healthy options that are low in salt and sugar.
In addition, the venue will be decorated with photo spots, table wrapping, and background music to enhance the atmosphere. Enjoy a special time in Hibiya, where you can immerse yourself in the world of "Toy Story 5," whether before or after watching the movie.

An outdoor diner in the city center where food and entertainment merge.
"HIBIYA SUMMER DINER"
An outdoor diner with approximately 100 seats will open in Hibiya Step Square, located in the heart of the city.
The event will feature two taco booths: one offering an overwhelming live experience and the taste of freshly made tacos, using meticulously crafted homemade corn tortillas and preparing them right in front of customers; and another featuring a "serious sandwich booth" with homemade pastrami that has been luxuriously smoked, resulting in a spicy and smoky flavor. In addition to draft beer and highballs, we will also offer a variety of original drinks that you can only enjoy here, including visually appealing frozen cocktails and special spice cocktails that enhance the flavor of the meat.
Additionally, the "HIBIYA MUSIC LIVE" music event will be held during the event period. Enjoy a night out in the heart of Tokyo with friends and family in a space overflowing with the unique entertainment that Hibiya has to offer.
