UN GRAIN logo

UN GRAIN | "UN GRAIN" means "a single seed" in French.
Using ingredients carefully cultivated from a single seed, each confection is meticulously crafted with the maker's passion, and will eventually be reborn as a seed of new feelings within the customer. We named our shop "UN GRAIN" with the wish to slowly and carefully nurture this single seed, while offering each customer a joyful and happy moment. Our patisserie has an attached kitchen, and we also hold seasonal events in our eat-in space.

Mignardises

What are mignardises?
The term "pink pastry" comes from the French word meaning "elegance" or "charm." While it generally refers to small pastries served with after-dinner drinks as the final course in French cuisine, UN GRAIN uses it as a general term for small, chic pastries that express hospitality not only after a meal, but also during special moments spent with family and friends.
