Kumamoto Prefecture, in collaboration with restaurants in the Ginza area of Tokyo, will hold "Kumamoto, the Food Capital x Tokyo Ginza" for two weeks from September 1st (Tuesday) to September 13th (Sunday), 2026. This event will allow customers in the Tokyo metropolitan area to experience the "culinary charm" of Kumamoto by having restaurants in Ginza offer special menus that utilize ingredients from Kumamoto Prefecture, while also supporting producers and communities working to recover from the 2026 Kumamoto Earthquake.

① Order a "collaboration menu" item at a participating store. ② Receive an entry ticket at the store and scan the QR code. ③ Enter the serial number on the entry ticket and the required information to complete your entry. *One entry ticket will be distributed for each eligible menu item ordered. *Only one entry is allowed per entry ticket. *The campaign will end once all entry tickets have been distributed.
