We have inherited the techniques of our master craftsmen, backed by over three and a half centuries of history, and further refined them to make new history in Ginza as the high-end yakitori restaurant "Ginza Yaki Niigata-ya."
Niigata-ya, which has been loved by many customers, including locals, for over three and a half centuries since its founding in 1947, has opened a new high-end yakitori restaurant in Ginza.
Fresh seasonal ingredients carefully selected from Niigata and all over Japan are cooked using traditional techniques.
The restaurant also continues to use its own secret sauce, which is carefully and thoroughly seasoned, and the resulting meat is fragrant and juicy, yet not too oily, for your enjoyment.
We are particular about freshness and offer the ultimate steak cooked using a special method that has been cultivated for over half a century in our omakase course.
Creating a new standard for the future: "Ginza Yaki Niigata-ya"
All our staff are looking forward to seeing you.
