Pickleball One Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "the Company"), in collaboration with Heiwa Real Estate Co., Ltd., will open "PICKLEBALL ONE GINZA SHIMBASHI" (hereinafter "the Facility"), an urban complex where people can casually enjoy pickleball, a rapidly growing sport originating in the United States, indoors, in Shinbashi, Tokyo, in November 2025. The Facility will be a new "urban playground" that combines shopping, meeting people, information sharing , and more, with the pickleball playing experience at its core.
Based on the theme of "FUN AS ONE," we aim for this facility to be a co-creation space where everyone can naturally connect with each other, regardless of age, gender, or athletic experience. We will also evolve the facility into an "urban communication hub" that is more than just a place to play sports; it embodies values, culture, and urban connections themselves .
■ What is pickleball?
Pickleball is a paddle sport that originated in the United States and is a combination of tennis, table tennis, and badminton. Over 48 million people already play in the United States, and its sociable nature, which allows anyone to enjoy the sport and quickly make friends, has attracted attention in Japan as well.
■ Three features of "PICKLEBALL ONE GINZA SHIMBASHI"
1. Tokyo's first urban indoor facility, easily accessible in the city center

・It is open from 6:00 to 23:00, so you can play before or after work.

"As a 'Bazukuri Company,' we are working to create spaces where diverse people and activities can come together. Pickleball has been gaining attention in recent years, but the lack of places to play remains an issue. After meeting and talking with Pickleball One, we felt there was a need for an indoor court in the city where people could play in any weather, which led to the construction and opening of this facility.
Additionally, in collaboration with the Mercure Tokyo Hibiya, which is located on the upper floors of the facility, we aim to create a complex of urban functions that seamlessly connects accommodation, interaction, and sports experiences, thereby enhancing the potential of the entire building.
