Ginza Mitsukoshi’s Sweets Collection 2026 will be held from January 21st (Wednesday), featuring unique chocolates from approximately 50 brands from 13 countries around the world.

This year's theme is "Traveling Chocolate Sweets – Delivering New Encounters and Excitement"

Ginza Mitsukoshi will be holding the "Ginza Sweets Collection 2026" from Wednesday, January 21st to Saturday, February 14th, 2026, in the event hall on the 7th floor of the new building. This year's theme is "Traveling Chocolate Sweets." Sweets from 13 countries around the world, including France, Belgium, and Japan, as well as Scandinavia and Asia, will be gathered at the venue. Approximately 50 brands, including 6 new brands, will be gathered at the venue. The venue will be filled with your favorite chocolatiers, brands making their first appearance, Ginza Mitsukoshi exclusives, and dine-in options that can only be enjoyed here.

He obtained his MOF certification in 2019 at the young age of 28, and opened his own boutique in 2021. The popular "Gâteau Voyage Ganache Noisette" is a delightful treat with a ganache made with Piedmont hazelnuts, wrapped in chocolate and sprinkled with nuts, offering a delightful taste and texture. He also has a "Chocolat & Framboise" treat, which is luxuriously sandwiched with ganache and raspberry puree.

<Once Upon a Time> You & Me 1,350 yen <br /> Developed by the production team of popular chocolate brand <Ivan Valentin> in collaboration with Singaporean actress and talented pastry chef Ginette Aw. Yuzu & Passion Fruit (left) has a subtle yuzu flavor in the outer shell and a passion fruit accent in the ganache. Dark (right) is exactly the chocolate you've been looking for.

This chocolate shop, which is a supplier to the Belgian royal family, was founded in Brussels in 1919 by Marie Deluc, a chocolate lover. The box, named "Secret Garden," contains an assortment of four new chocolates: strawberry, pistachio, jasmine, and vanilla.

Svenska Cacao: Svenska Collection 3,240 yen
They started as Sweden's first bean-to-bonbon chocolate manufacturer in 2014. They offer an assortment of six chocolates, including the cinnamon and vanilla-scented "Apple Cake," made primarily with local Swedish Österrein ingredients such as Earl Grey, lavender, and cardamom.

<Kazunori Ikeda Undivided Duel>

Kazunori Ikeda Individuelle Pavé de Chichibu Medium (¥3,351) Established in 2011 in his hometown of Sendai by Kazunori Ikeda, who trained in Paris for 10 years. Following the Great East Japan Earthquake, Kazunori Ikeda has continued to create confections that support the local community, creating "sweets that provide emotional support." This Ginza Mitsukoshi-exclusive chocolate, infused with the rich aroma of whiskey barrels, offers a rich cacao flavor and the peaty, spicy aftertaste you'd expect from whiskey.

The brand began in 1888 as a small chocolate factory built by Emil Nissen in the city of Malmö in southern Sweden. This item combines dark milk chocolate with fresh raspberries, creating a harmonious balance of the fruit's tartness and mellow sweetness, making it a perfect match with coffee. This chocolate, exclusive to Ginza Mitsukoshi, is free of nuts, gluten, and soy, making it safe for everyone to enjoy.

Norwegian Waffle with Brown Cheese and Fresh Strawberries – 1,100 yen <br /> This Norwegian brand values Scandinavian style and its connection with small-scale cocoa farmers. Waffles topped with brown cheese and strawberry jam are a national dish of Norway. This chocolate and brown cheese flavor is exclusive to Ginza Mitsukoshi.

Founded in Österlän in southern Sweden in 2014, this drink is exclusive to Ginza Mitsukoshi and features an iced chocolate made with 70% single-origin cocoa chocolate, topped with crumble and meringue cookies for a delightful texture.
