Hibiya Area Management General Incorporated Association will be collaborating with the Hibiya Shopping Association, Yurakucho Town Association, and restaurants and local shops around Hibiya to hold a campaign to revitalize the Hibiya area.
The purpose of this event is to encourage more people to rediscover the charms of the Hibiya area, where you can enjoy everything from art and entertainment to shopping and gourmet food in a lush, green city. This is the third time the event is being held, and a wide variety of establishments will be participating, including Japanese, Western, and local cuisine restaurants, as well as cafes. Collect stamps at participating stores and use them as discount coupons worth up to 1,500 yen. Come to Hibiya in winter and enjoy delicious food and local specialties while taking part in the stamp rally, which will take you around the city at great value.
■Background to the event <br /> The Hibiya area is dotted with a wide variety of stores, from long-established establishments with long histories to showcase shops promoting the charms of the local area. This event will collaborate with these surrounding stores to increase mobility and revitalize the entire area. We hope to create an opportunity for participants to enjoy not just one store, but multiple stores at once, contributing to the vibrancy of the entire Hibiya area.
■How to participate
<Step 1: Collect stamps> Get a stamp book at any participating store. You will receive one stamp for every 1,000 yen (tax included) or more you spend at participating stores. *One stamp per transaction.
<Step 2: Use the coupon> Once you collect three stamps from participating stores, it will be certified as a 500 yen coupon. You can use it at the checkout after you get the third stamp.

To use the coupon, you need stamps from three different stores (three stamps from the same store are invalid). There are three coupons per stamp book, and the maximum value of the coupon is 1,500 yen.
