“LightUp/Zekoo Ginza Store” will relocate and reopen at the Sukiyabashi Building on Wednesday, February 11, 2026 (national holiday)

Light Up Shopping Club, a general catalogue mail order company and a group company of The Asahi Shimbun Company, will be relocating and reopening its directly managed store, LightUp/Zekoo Ginza Store, on the first and second floors of the Sukiyabashi Building on Wednesday, February 11th (national holiday).

As a result, our store in GinzaNovo (formerly Tokyu Plaza Ginza), which has been patronized by many customers since its opening in 2016, will cease operations on Sunday, January 25, 2026.

The new store in the Sukiyabashi Building is located right next to the old store, facing Sukiya-dori Street. The open, glass-walled building offers a beautiful view of the greenery of the adjacent park, allowing you to enjoy shopping in a more spacious and relaxed space than ever before.

Relocation and reopening commemorative campaign

To commemorate this relocation and reopening, the first 1,700 customers who spend 15,000 yen (tax included) or more at the Ginza store will receive a free vacuum stainless steel thermos tumbler with the "LightUp/Zekoo" logo.
The double-walled vacuum structure keeps ice cold and hot for a long time. With a moderate capacity of 390ml and a stable shape that fits comfortably in your hand, this tumbler is perfect for everyday use.

■About Light Up Shopping Club
The company began as a mail-order record retailer called "CBS Sony Family Club" in 1971. It expanded to include imported American and European goods, household goods, and clothing, and opened a flagship store in Ginza in 1983. It was one of the earliest adopters of a multi-channel approach that combined mail-order and brick-and-mortar retail, and as a pioneer in mail-order sales, it has continued to pursue a shopping experience rich in entertainment. Currently, its business revolves around three pillars: print media (catalogs, direct mail, etc.), flagship stores, and an online store. It values delivering products with a story—high-quality items, long-lasting favorites, innovative new products, and unique, original products—without being swayed by passing trends. The company joined the Asahi Shimbun Group in May 2024.
